- 1 cup Raw Milk
- 1 Dose (250mg) Shilajit
- 1 Tablespoon of Raw Honey
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
Warm milk until lukewarm, add remaining ingredients and stir until they are thoroughly dissolved.
