Mineralizing Shilajit Lemonade

Want to take your shilajit and reap its numerous health benefits in a tasty beverage? Then this lemonade recipe is for you.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups of Water
  • 1 Dose (250mg) Shilajit
  • 3 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon of Agave Nectar or Raw Honey
  • Optional: 1 Sprig of Mint

Directions

Dissolve Shilajit in water, mix in remaining ingredients, and enjoy
