See all FAQs →01What form should I start with?
The easiest form, and most popular, is our tablets. But start with the form you'll actually stick with. All of our forms have a strong potency of shilajit.
02Is Shilajit safe? Lab tested?
Shilajit is considered safe for consumption when sourced from reputable sources and used in recommended amounts.
We are 3rd party lab tested, AND we are GMP certified. It is very rare to have both in a shilajit company.
03What does it taste like, and how do I take it?
Honest answer: pure shilajit tastes earthy, smoky and a little bitter. That's what real, unprocessed resin from the mountains tastes like. If a "shilajit" tastes sweet on its own, ask what else is in it.
Not into the taste? Choose a different form:
- Gummies: naturally sweetened, tropical pineapple
- Tablets or capsules: no taste at all, just swallow and go
04What if it's not for me?
Then you get your money back. Every order comes with our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy, email us and we'll make it right, no hoops to jump through. And over the 7 years of our business, we have only had a handful of returns!
One tip from 300,000+ happy customers: shilajit isn't a one-day thing. Most of our customers notice the biggest difference when they take it daily and stay consistent for at least 2-4+ weeks. Think of it like going to the gym: one session won't change much, but showing up every day does.
That's why we recommend:
- Take it at the same time every day (most people do mornings, in coffee or tea)
- Give it weeks before you judge it
- Start with the form you'll actually stick with: resin, tablets, gummies or honey

MIRON GLASS
Why our jars are violet, not clear:
Light breaks down natural products over time. That's why most shilajit in clear or plastic jars starts losing quality on the shelf.
We pack ours in Miron violet glass. It blocks the visible light that degrades natural products, so your shilajit stays as fresh on day 100 as on day 1.

Blocks degrading light
