I think it’s good …I like that it has so many minerals etc so I do t need to keep adding pills. I don’t quite know how I got on the recurring order, will evaluate and decide if that’s good for me…right now it seems too frequent.

I’ve been curious about Shilajit for years now and have tried several different brands to see what the hype was about, especially as I look for ways to support my energy and overall wellness in my 50s and I'm a Type II Diabetic. Through the various trials of other products, I came across the Black Lotus Tablets and gave them a try. Very convenient to take and I felt a good boost in focus and clarity but wanted to see if I could get even better results. I tried another brand, but it didn't work out as well—my mental clarity actually dipped. I decided to give Black Lotus another shot, this time with their 600mg Extra Strength Capsules. After two weeks of taking the capsules, my brain fog started clearing up and my physical energy and endurance has improved. I’ve even noticed my skin looking healthier as well. I'm now half way though my 3rd bottle and my blood work shows my T-levels are now 180 points higher than before I started this regimen. The only issue I have is that I have to clip my nails more often. lol
